Nisan 2019\u2019da PTT A.\u015e b\u00fcnyesinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ta\u015feron i\u015f\u00e7iler olarak kurdu\u011fumuz ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z sendikam\u0131z PTT-SEN ilk toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerini Marmara B\u00f6lgesinde bulunan ta\u015feron firma Berteks\u2019te ve Do\u011fu Anadolu ve Do\u011fu Karadeniz b\u00f6lgesinde bulunan Erhanlar \u015eirketi’nde kazand\u0131. T\u00fcm y\u00f6netim kadromuzun i\u015f\u00e7ilerden olu\u015ftu\u011fu ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z sendikam\u0131z PTT-Sen\u2019i kurmam\u0131z\u0131n ard\u0131ndan \u0130lerleyen s\u00fcre\u00e7te Berteks firmas\u0131nda k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre sonra da Erhanlar\u2019da \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu sa\u011flad\u0131k. Arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zla yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler sonucu Y\u00fcksek Hakem Kuruluna ba\u015fvuru karar\u0131 alan sendikam\u0131z\u0131n pandemi ile birlikte ask\u0131ya al\u0131nan ba\u015fvurusu ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz g\u00fcnlerde sonu\u00e7land\u0131. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z \u00e7izgimizi korumay\u0131 ilke edinerek hareket eden sendikam\u0131zla di\u011fer sendika ve konfederasyonlarla da m\u00fccadele etmek zorunda kalsak da pes etmeden ilkelerimizden taviz vermeden haklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ald\u0131k. T\u00fcm i\u015f\u00e7i karde\u015flerimize ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z sendikalara da g\u00fc\u00e7 te\u015fkil edece\u011fini umuyoruz. Sadece Berteks\u2019in oldu\u011fu \u00c7anakkale, Bal\u0131kesir, Bilecik, Yalova, Bursa, K\u00fctahya, K\u0131rklareli, Tekirda\u011f, Edirne, Sakarya ve Kocaeli\u2019nde de\u011fil t\u00fcm T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki PTT Ta\u015feron i\u015f\u00e7ilerinin kazanmas\u0131 t\u00fcm firmalarla toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fme imzalayabilmek i\u00e7in b\u0131kmadan yorulmadan m\u00fccadelemizi s\u00fcrd\u00fcrece\u011fiz. Nakli kabul eden i\u015f\u00e7inin eski i\u015fyerine 6 ay\nboyunca yeni i\u015f\u00e7i al\u0131namaz. (T\u0130S madde 31)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Hafta tatili g\u00fcn\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131\ndurumunda bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma i\u00e7in iki yevmiye tutar\u0131nda \u00fccret \u00f6denir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Hafta tatili g\u00fcn\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131\ndurumunda tatili izleyen haftada haftai\u00e7i bir g\u00fcn \u00fccretli izin verilir. Komisyonda bir i\u015fveren temsilcisi, sendikaca g\u00f6revlendirilecek bir\nki\u015fi ve sendika ile i\u015fverenin ortak belirleyece\u011fi i\u015ften anlayan 3.ki\u015fiden\nolu\u015fur<\/p>\n\n\n\n Bu komisyon Hasar ve Zarar Tespit\nTutana\u011f\u0131 d\u00fczenler.
